terms of service
Please read over these terms carefully. You accept and agree to ALL terms when you submit a commission.
general
- Commissions are first come first serve
- Minimum one visual reference of character is necessary.
- I retain copyright to all commissioned work.
- I reserve right to decline or cancel a commission at any time.
- I reserve the right to publish any finished artwork to my socials, portfolio, online store, and self-promotion.
- I will not draw anything I find personally reprehensible.
- Do not copy, trace, redistribute or use my work without permission.
payments & refunds
- Invoice will be sent through PayPal in USD.
- Minimum 50% deposit required before I will begin work on commission sketch.
- If deposit not received within 7 days of invoice, your commission will be skipped over.
- Only one sketch revision is allowed for free. Any revisions beyond will be charged at 25% of total price.
- Work beyond sketch requires full payment.
- I will NOT refund after sketch approval unless I am unable to complete commission.
- I will require some personal info (name, email address) to issue the invoice.
personal & commercial use
- All my commissions are for personal use only.
- My work cannot be reproduced or used to make profit of any kind.
- You may post your commission online with the appropriate credit to me.
- NFT, Crypto, AI or Web3 software purposes are strictly prohibited and not allowed. No exceptions.
what next?
- Please fill commission sheet once you've read and understood these terms.
- You can fill the form multiple times with different proposals.
- I will check answers regularly and email you when your commission is chosen.
- I'll give you the sketch based upon your submission and references, this will be your only chance to make major revisions.
- Once commission is complete, there will be no further changes.
- Final commission will be sent via Google Drive link to your email.
- This is paid service for a digital product, not physical goods will be sent.
